Deposit of $500 is non-refundable. A 30% cancellation penalty will apply for cancellations beyond the deposit payment, and a cancellation letter must be submitted in writing before final payment due date. No refunds or cancellation will be honored after final payment due date of August 1, 2019. Cancellation due to unavoidable emergencies such as serious illness that a licensed physician has determined you cannot travel or death of an immediate family member must be received in writing with proof of circumstances if the emergency occurs within two weeks of departure.
