By registering, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. *Each vendor will be provided with one 8ft table covered in black and two chairs. *Vendors are to be done with set up 35 minutes prior to the event start time. You will get event start times emailed to you prior to the event. COST: - $75 for a single-day setup on Friday, August 18th, starting at 7:00 am and ending at the close of the conference that day. - $150 for the duration of the conference from the 17th to the 19th, with setup starting on Thursday evening at 4:30 pm and concluding at 1 pm on Saturday the 19th. Please note that vendors are responsible for the security of their product tables. ERCCL will not be held liable. The above investment only includes the vendor agreement. Additional investment is required for attending the conference.
